High performance HCS spindles with automatic tool change,
for soft or treated material:
- Synchronous or asynchronous motor
- Motor, front bearings and liquid-cooled stator
- Ultra precision ball bearings, with hybrid ball bearings
- Oil/air lubrication or permanently grease lubricated
- ISO taper or HSK tool interface, cleaning of tool contact
surfaces via air through the shaft
- Spraying or micro lubrication through the centre of
the tool
- Power of up to 150 kW
- Torque up to 1200 Nm
- Maximum speed 75 000 rpm
These spindles are specified and designed according to
the machining
centre and the requested application.
