To answer your needs and expectations, a 900 square metered workshop open permanently, fitted with technical ways of measurement periodically calibrated, with 7 test benches adapted to different technologies of spindles, from the most simple to the most complex, a highly qualified personnel. BROVAREC SERVICES can even ensure to follow strict procedures, securing an irreproachable operation, the repair of your spindles and electro-spindles of any make, of any type and for any application of machining.
Our role is to repair spindles and electro-spindles of technology with steel and hybrid bearings, with all the guarantees strictly identical to those of the original spindles. Our role is also to provide advice and recommendations on the use and the maintenance of the spindles in their environment.
We also consider our duty to propose any improvement that we consider essential to the product in order to increase the life time and/or reliability.
This way, we are able to operate on :
- High-speed milling spindles with ISO or HSK automatic tool attachment used in machining centres.
- Conventional milling or lathe machine-tool.
- Mechanical or high frequency internal grinding spindles.
- External mechanical, motorized or centreless grinding spindles.
