The different stages of reconditioning of spindles or electro-spindles:
1. Receive spindle at our St Mard workshop
Log information into computer to ensure
perfect traceability and better monitoring of the
spindle throughout its life.
Providing that the spindle is in good working order,
all tests which do not require the spindle to be opened
are carried out before dismantling it. General tests:
the sensors, the motor,
the tool clamp, the encoder…
In the case of HCS technological spindles,
this full set of information allows us to send
a pre-diagnostic description
sheet within the 48h following
the reception of the spindle on our premises.
