The different stages of refurbishment of spindles or electro-spindles:
1. Receipt of spindle at our workshop in St Mard
Information logged into our computer to ensure perfect traceability and better monitoring of the spindle throughout its life.
If the condition of the spindle permits it, all tests which do not require the spindle to be opened are carried out before dismantling it : general inspection, sensors, motor, clamping tool, encoder
In the case of HCS technological spindles, the full set of information allows us to send a pre-diagnostic description sheet within 48 hours following the receipt of the spindle on our premises.
